We are the literal mom and pop shop in a rapidly growing town of Knightdale. Our family has a robust team of tobacconists that are highly knowledgeable in - Cigars, Pipe Tobacco, Tobacco Pipes, Tobacco maintenance, Smoking Etiquette. We love assisting both new smokers and seasoned smokers in selection and appreciate a good conversation with a good stogie. So don't be shy GET YOUR ASH IN HERE
Deposit and Fees:
A deposit of $350.00 is required at least (5) business days prior to the day of the event. The concierge service fee is also $350.00, therefore the deposit is usually applied directly to this fee. Our concierge services are packaged in (4) hour increments. The fee for each additional hour requested is $100.00. Please know that we are unable to officially book your event until the required deposit has been secured. With that said, we encourage our clients to secure the requested date as soon as possible. While we can confirm availability, the requested date is booked only when the deposit has been made.
We have (3) Option Plans for your Event:
Option 1 - Pre-paid: You can pre-pay a selection of cigars and offer an "open bar" to your guests to enjoy cigars of their choosing. The fee for the open bar "pre-paid" option will vary based upon the number of cigars and variety selected. Please know that these are pre-paid, and can be used for your personal enjoyment, or dispersed to your remaining guests. We will be happy to discuss this in detail at your convenience.
* Option 1 requires full payment to be made at least (5) business day prior to the event. To ensure a high level of sanitation, as well as to prevent excessive costs, all cigars pre-paid under Option 1 are non-returnable. Please exercise optimum due diligence when selecting this option.
Option 2 - Cigars A' la Cart (Host): Guests will enjoy perusing a variety of cigars offered, while making their final selections. Each cigar will be tallied at the end of the event and charged accordingly.
* Option 2 requires a credit card availability, from the host, on the day of the event, but prior to the beginning of the cigar bar opening. The final total for the individual cigars purchased by your quests, will be charged to this card.
Option 3 - Cigar A' la Cart (Guests) : Cigars will be purchased by guests. Payment method is made by cash or by credit/debit card.
A refund of $250.00, of the $350.00 deposit, is granted if notification of the cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. The remaining $100.00 balance of the deposit will be applied to cover a "re-stock" fee, which includes time and material spent on preparation for the event.
We will arrive 1hr prior to the start of the event to ensure proper set-up and answer any additional questions that you may have.
